How long will it take to receive results back? 

It depends on the program you choose. For State and County records the time ranges from 1 hour to 48 hours. Most State and County information can be updated within a few hours. The references tend to take the full 48 hours to obtain. Our office confirms reference contact immediately and faxes the release to the appropriate parties.

Do you have any contracts?

No, we do not obligate companies to use our service for a specified period of time. We believe our customer service is unmatched, so you will not want to leave. We do however have compliance and payment contracts.

How do I get results back? 

 One of three ways, on line, email or fax. If you’re a Manager that frequently is on the go from site to site you may want to speak with us about assigning you one person as your contact for your portfolio. This will allow you to call in when you’re on the go to get results.

How do I get started ?

Contact us to set up an account. From that point you can fax or email your requests to us so we can begin the screening process.

What is the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act? 

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, is designed to promote accuracy and ensure the privacy of the information used in consumer reports. Recent amendments to the Act expand your rights and place additional requirements on CRAs. Businesses that supply information about you to CRAs and those that use consumer reports also have new responsibilities under the law.
